TIPS and NOTES:
Design your mug decoration a little bit smaller than the dotted outline permits. Otherwise, depending on your design,
some pixels at all four (4) borders might not print on the finished mug.
Permit Pop-Ups to show in your browser;
Once your designs are ready, you should click on where it says: "Add to Cart" - and wait, this may take a bit of time;
Then if all looks correct, click on: "Image is OK, compose it and add it to cart";
Then if all is as you want it, click on where it says: "SUBMIT NOW";
Enter your shipping data into the POP-UP window that will open and then click on:
"Calculate and Show Shipping Options and eventual sales tax";
Finally click on: "SUBMIT ORDER" - all within the Pop-Up window.
- If you created an account, you can locate the designs you already created and compose a new order with them.
- Only once you receive the order confirmation will you know that your order has successfully passed.
If color is critical, always order a Sample Mug first as we're not color correct.
-- ATTENTION: If your Pop-Up window is not appearing, it may be caused by your web browsers pop-up blocker feature.
Your pop-up blocker must be turned off for the Coffee Mug Design Generator to work,
otherwise your order will not be placed. Sorry.
If you order mugs to be decorated on BOTH mug sides with the same artwork, you only need to create the art once.
We'll use it on both mug sides even though you created it only once.
Since our mugs are not perfectly cylindrical, horizontal designs will not show straight on the finished mugs.
Remember: We are not color-perfect and in case of doubt, first order a Sample Mug.
Delivery times vary from 2-7 business days after receipt of your order/payment, Plus actual shipping time, whether you paid your order with
PayPal, Credit Card or Google Checkout.
NOTE: To avoid any problems, please upload only cropped images with no white or transparent margins
around them. Clip art with margins will cause wrong looking designs in the templates, and orders generated with such images may not
correspond to what you might want.
We're not responsible should you use such digtal art work files. So please consider this fact very, very carefully. Thank you.

Notes:
The dashed-in field to the right of the design area is the maximum area you can decorate for this mug. Please consider that using the maximum area available does not always look "cool" on the finished mug decoration. Also make sure that your design is centered just as you want it on the finished coffee mug. (Should you need it, here we offer HELP and here is still some more HELP
We strongly urge any new visitor to at least take a look at our SLIDE SHOWS before trying to create custom mug decorations.

For mugs decorated on BOTH mug sides, please create a design for each side:
one for the right and one the left side; if you create only one (1) design, we'll then use that for both mug sides.

Play with it as long as you want and until your coffee mug decoration is just the way you like it. Happy designing. Please note that your mug design will only become an order upon our receipt of your PayPal order that this mug designer can generate. All other submittals will be considered null and void and deleted from our systems. We only ship to the address you supply with the PayPal form (and not the one you may supply with the design generator). All mugs are shipped without any declared value and travel at buyer's risk.
We can normally ship within 2-7 business days + PLUS actual shipping time based on shipping method selected by you.

Orders created with this coffee mug design generator are FINAL, and cannot be cancelled, returned, nor will any credit be issued. We use your information exactly as you supply it - the good and the not so good.... Dear Digital Image & Design Creator,

Create and design your very own mug decorations (and/or decorative wall tiles) with full personalization at the same time as placing your order, making payment and/or generating a complete price quote for you.

A few observations before you can start with your custom design process (which you have to accept in order to use our Design Generator):

The coffee mug decorations you'll be able to create with our fully automated Design Generator are 100% custom-created coffee mug decorations which are exclusively yours and yours alone. Hence we will not sell them to anyone except you. For the same reason, coffee mugs decorated and ordered with our Design Generator are FINAL: They cannot be returned, cannot be cancelled, nor will any credit be issued nor will we be able to provide advise as to the suitability of the mug designs you create. Please verify every aspect of your mug decoration before placing your order as we use your creation AS IS. By placing your order you expressly accept these conditions.

Should color fidelity or any other aspect of your creation be of importance, we would then strongly recommend that you order a sample mug decoration first, as this is the only way to determine if the colors of the finished mug decoration correspond with those of your digital image file as well as to make sure that any other aspect of your creation is as it should be. Mug decorations might not always align perfectly horizontally and/or vertically because of the physical nature of the coffee mug blanks used in the decoration of your mug order and this fact has to be accepted as normal.

Hence, ALWAYS order a SAMPLE MUG first.

Your designs will be used in the decoration of your coffee mugs (or tiles) exactly AS WE RECEIVE THEM, as we'll not change them in any way nor are we able to provide advise as to the suitability of the mug designs you create. If your design should be centered on the available space on the coffee mug (or tile), then your design has to also be centered in the design area. Also, please make sure that any digital images you might upload to our servers and then use for your mug design meets with our minimum quality requirements (final dimensions and a resolution of at least 300 dpi's).
Again, please make sure that the decorations you have created are exactly as you want them to be, (we recommend NOT to decorate to the max available decor area; leave a little empty space around your decoration so that your design will not be "cut off") as all mugs decorated and ordered with this web site are final and cannot be returned nor will be refunded nor exchanged.
Hence very carefully check out your design creation and ALL ASPECTS comprising your digital creation before you send us your order as any mugs ordered via this web site are final and cannot be returned, etc., as already indicated above. If any value was declared, customer will file any potential claim directly with carrier.

IMPORTANT:
Please consult here for Alignment Problems that will occur for our larger mugs, especially our 15-oz and 20-oz coffee mugs, over which we have no control and will have to be accepted without exceptions.

All our coffee mugs are white (or whitish) except for our:
- - Morph mugs which are, when cold, either black or dark translucent blue, and reveal their full-color decoration only when some hot liquid is poured into them (please remember this fact when you receive your Morph mugs); and our

We can normally have your mug order ready for shipment within 2 to 7 business days after receipt of your order, payment and digital image files + PLUS actual shipping time depending on the shipping method you specify. (Note: your design will only reach us together with your order via any of our three (3) payment options. Designs not accompanied by an order/payment will be lost as they never reach us.) If you did not receive a payment confirmation, then your order was not placed and never reached us.

Again, please note that we'll decorate your mugs with the design(s) exactly as the design generator submits them to us. We'll not alter nor change them but use then exactly AS IS! Your mugs will be decorated as shown in the virtual mug layout that is generated by the Design Generator and not necessarily with what you uploaded or think it might look like - except decor alintment >> See details elsewhere. Hence, again, take a very good look at the virtual mug design generated by our RTD. Please take note of this as this will not be a reason for rejecting your mug order. Should you not be able to fully accept these conditions, then please do NOT place your order with us.

Orders can ONLY BE SHIPPED to US address in the lower 48 US states that is registered with your payment institution, and not to any other address you may supply with the present Design Generator. Also, we are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable shipping addresses. Should you provide a shipping address with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery and be returned to sender (as determined by the carrier), you will be charged additional S&H charges or order cannot be re-shipped. Sorry, local pick up is not available. All mug orders are shipped without any declared value (unless you specifically order it with a declared value) and always travel at buyer's risk.
